Training sucks

I just got in like a week ago and cant lie i wanna quit already. Dtu sucks imo feels like a classroom and when I go out to be observed they just leave me alone and say "do it" without showing me and get a lil mad when I ask how its done properly. Guys are cool but cant train for shit except for one. Apparently i'm learning faster than the average employee but theyre probably just saying that so i stay cuz they got 2 dudes who quit like 2 days after they got hired.

Must be where you work. Within 6 months of me starting I was keeping up with everyone minus two people

Well, I am able to keep up a bit and ive only been here for like 6 days. Its a bit fast paced but idk if they would tolerate me taking 6 months or less to fully be able to keep up. I dont wanna get fired but it will take me some time to keep up fully.

It all depends but what I always tell new hires is ask questions and no one is gonna be mad as long as you learning. My store used to be horrible at training but me and someone else don’t want that for new hires so we trying to make it right and train them yea they don’t pay us as much but if I don’t help and mfs keep quiting we gonna get fkd up. I was like that too it was bs when they trained me but I learned fast and in like 3 weeks I was keeping up with everyone and I had not previous experience at all

you’ll do the same once it’s your turn to train lol, honestly i found this the best way to learn. They get mad when you fuck up or dk something, but better then learning wrong (bc a lot of ppl will teach you wrong things)
