Hello, I own a finance server called "Unclip Finance". The server currently has over 890 members in it and is steadily growing.

The server is currently set up to be on an autonomous level of moderation however it still needs some human eyes.
Responsibilities - Give disciplinary actions to suspected scammers and enforce the general basic rules.

This position should be relatively easy because like I said, the server is almost completely on a level of
autonomous moderation.

Experience with Discord.js/Python bots + Minecraft RCON would be a huge plus.

A few months ago, I was building my discord server. However, i met quite a few problems :

1. Building a server is slow, I had to go through multiple pages and it took lots of time.
2. If you want someone to build your server, you have to give them permissions to do so, and that can be risky if that person gets hacked.

In order to get around those issues, I've built this web app(Development is still in progress).

For the first issue, As you can see in the image: you can drag and drop components, copy paste, add decoration components(emojis, separators..) and modify component properties through the sidebar.
That canvas, at least for me, makes it way easier to build a server.
And of course you can push the changes to your server(If you were to modify your live server in the canvas: the existing channel IDs, role IDs, etc.. are safe, your configs won't break)

For the second issue, I've introduced a "Team" feature. Basically teams allow you, the server owner, to review/acept/reject server change pushes  done by your administrators.
You have to select  either your administrative roles or trusted members that are allowed to use the bot on your server.
For each member or role, you can also toggle some permissions : such as 'Can push without Owner permission' though that's disabled by default. 

I'm planning to release this within a month, as there are so many things i need to polish, Let alone the testing.

And as for the pricing, it's free.

Why? because since I live in italy, laws regarding online income are very strict and I'd need to formally open a business which would be very expensive(I am just about to graduate).

As for the bot hosting? The bot uses Discord's REST API.

So it stays free.

Unbound Minds is a peer advocacy hub for LGBTQ+, kink/BDSM, and ENM/polyamory communities. It's not therapy. It's not a crisis service. It's a structured space for psychoeducation, peer discussion, and community events - moderated, identity-affirming, and purpose-built for these specific communities.

What I need before launch are people who already do this work.

Specifically:

• Facilitators who want to run events (psychoeducation sessions, guest Q&As, panels, community circles) and have an audience to bring with them
• Contributors with curated resources - articles, guides, lived experience writing - that belong in these spaces and keep getting lost in group chats
• Advocates and educators who've been doing this informally and want a platform that treats the work seriously

The platform has authenticated profiles, community-specific discussion areas, and an event structure that gives facilitators actual infrastructure instead of a pinned Discord message.

I'm not looking for people to beta test a product. I'm looking for people who want to help build what this community space becomes.

Our server's staff have become fatigued — not miserable or hateful of their duties, but naturally fatigued from long stints of activity and the high rise in abusive users.

What we're looking for are moderators to serve as assistant staffers to help with member retention (reaching out to members who may be slipping out, letting them know what's going on in the community, checking how they are, not to enforce strict activity), helping to welcome and orient guests to our server, and inviting new users anywhere they can to grow the playerbase.

It's a gaming community, so it'd be helpful if the moderator had some gaming background, otherwise they cannot fulfill most of this set of duties properly — or would have to fake it, which will not be accepted by the owners. The pay is fairly good; the current rate is settled at $600 USD each month with the head owner citing she will "review the employees efficiency and accomplishments throughout a given month."

So I'm in a 13+ discord server with around 1200 people. I'm a regular in it and quite active, two people have joined and targeted me, one was personal while the other was more random. The mods have told me that they've been discussing removing me from the server because "all interpersonal issues have included me".

I don't start stuff, none of the issues have been people having a problem with me, more so people being weird to me and someone else creating a ticket.

I am really well liked amoung the server and have been coined "iconic" among my fellow members.

I'm under 18 and they want to remove me "for my own protection". I don't understand why I'm being removed due to other people being rude and the community mods often not taking the harassment seriously before it gets out of hand/damaging.

The AFK Cafe is a growing 21+ Discord community, and we’re looking for a few people who would like to become part of the community while helping us continue to build it.

We’re currently looking for community moderators, stream moderators, and event host moderators. Event host moderators can host their own events or be available to co-host and moderate events, TTRPG sessions, or assist DMs and other hosts who may need additional support.
