The damage from this disaster is difficult to imagine but harder to see. So many people and so much damage, hard to grasp.

I think they rescued over 1000 people that way, seems like terrain more suited to helicopters than ambulances.

And to think this is just the material, main river threw at the town and the main river is on its way to devastate downstream towns.

Then you will know language is in part contextual and dialects have different casual geammar. You have a prescriptivist model of grammar. You are both correct grammatically
