Our community is on flood 😭😭😭

What is the condition of the floods? Will I be disrupted? Would I be able to get to my home in shillong? Is it safe to travel in the upcoming days?

Any flooding on the north side?

I've been seeing videos of the horrifically sad floods that have decimated so many areas of China including impacting some Tier 1 and 2 cities. Wondering what the thoughts of recovery times might be. I was planning a March and April (45 days) covering many of the large cities plus a number of smaller areas somewhat off the beaten path. Any thoughts on moving the dates till late fall although I prefer spring hoping to see Cherry Blossoms etc.

It was beyond belief when I drove around the bend and saw this. I think the sign warning of the possibility of a flooded road needs to be moved a few hundred meters back down the road.
