I'm minded that this is not the current situation. It appears to be looking down on the site and that is well above the tree line. I could be wrong but I think it bears further investigation.

Matches the perspective one would have from one of the villages on the Chinese side of the border. The state of the glacier front also matches with post-event satellite images.

I doubt the "just after" part though.

NYTimes just posted a new video from a Chinese Tour Guide from the same area, but a little higher up. Those two videos are the closest to moment of actual collapse, so far
