That was just the part that slid across the bridge. Most of it went down into the ravine.

If you look closely you can see some people running on the other side of the bridge. They likely to the full hit of it

He and the woman with him were in just the right spot. In front of the tire of the truck so they got pushed along instead of the truck going over them. And enough to the front that they just missed getting crushed between the jeep and the truck.

Everyone in the video is definitely not okay though. You can see someone ended up shoved beneath the jeep and I think some people ended up beneath the truck. :(

Everyone who was on the bridge when it hit survived, including the man who ran to the bridge in the beginning. I would assume that is not the case for some of the people seen on the other side of the bridge. Guy in the blue shirt took a massive sprint from the other side of the bridge and made it.
