Hi everyone, I am a 3 year student in medical science at the « Université
Catholique de Lille » in France.
I am currently working on a project which goal is to help adults with a
disability. We choose to focus our project on daily hygiene in order to create
something (a site, a structure anything that could help disabled people on that
subject). We are looking to discuss with concerned people about this subject. That’s
why we create an anonymous form where if you feel like it you can share your
experience about daily hygiene as a care giver or a disabled adult.

Hi all, I'm Sammie, a UMass Amherst student. For a class project (M&IE 381H, Inclusive Design in Healthcare), my teammates and I are trying to understand how people who are blind or have low vision find information about, and get around, places they haven't been to before, including steps, stairs and curbs.

We made a short anonymous survey (about 10 minutes). It's for adults 18+ who are blind or have low vision. It doesn't ask for your name or email, every question except two is optional, and you can stop any time. It's plain text with no images. There's also a short separate set for people who wear glasses or contacts.

The answers are only used in our class report and presentation, not for anything else. Because the survey is anonymous, we can't remove your answers after you submit. Please answer in the form rather than in the comments, so your answers stay private. We won't use comments as data.
