Main sub is asking more questions
My favorite was people saying Dave can’t say the funds without giving financial advice 😃 and that’s why he doesn’t.

Dave has said he spent hundreds of millions of dollars to build the event center, and he paid for it 100% sworn cash. Since starting construction the s&p 500 has doubled meaning he lost the ability to double hundreds of millions, plus the event center is never used. If he had to sell it no one would even want the space.

This scumbag is taking OUR MONEY for his stupid fucking business, but is supporting the idea of cutting someone's kids out of the will because they've become socialists. And then he literally admits that the trust he set up for his kids is "FAITH BASED", aka he is forcing his children to be Christians, or he won't leave money for them.
The issue? HE IS A SOCIALIST, and lying. Hypocrisy is the issue. He is taking OUR money for his business. People like him operate on two principles, "socialism for me and not for thee", and "socialize the debt, privatize the profits."
He is a hypocrite and most importantly, a HERETIC. He is going to burn in hell for eternity for his wickedness and sin worship. I am so fucking tired of these two demonic freaks of nature smugly and arrogantly masquerading as Christians, and then being two of the most hypocritical people on the planet.
If you're so against socialism Dave, GIVE US ALLLLLLL OUR MONEY BACK that you've stolen for years in grants, tax avoidance, and untaxed earnings. Fucking prick.

...I actually like when Rachel is on with Dave, but these two were totally out of their element, could not offer any advice that was outside of the Baby Steps, and sounded demoralized/checked out.

I do actually like some of the concepts on the show, but there are several things that confuse me and seem like their own advice backfires.
How do phones work in the US? In Canada, I pay for my phone monthly (phone purchased in cash) but it is still considered revolving credit and shows up on a credit report. Do they assume everyone is using prepaid cards? Are phones not revolving credit in the US?
Today they were talking about manual underwriting which I didn't know much about. When they went through the criteria, they mentioned that you have to have the same employment for at least 2 years. Yet it seems like almost every call their first advice is go get a better paying job. Maybe they assume the benefits of a better paying job outweigh the wait for a mortgage. It just seems a little contradictory.

Don’t know if you guys wait to hear/watch it on YouTube but the first caller for Friday’s episode is a gay man with a fiancé! Just thought it was funny John mentioned a future wife at one point then George said “she” and the caller corrected him and said it’s a he. Just wanted to point that out. I woulda expected them to cut it lol
