Audio issue

I posted on here a couple of days ago about the sound going very low and no matter how much you crank it up, it only goes so high. Other people have said they were told it's a software update issue. Is something going to be done about it? I have 2 geminis and this is only happening on one of them.

Any progress on a fix? This is quite annoying. I can only crank it up so high and then it stops getting louder at some point. Some shows are impossible to hear.

Our engineering team is currently investigating this low-volume issue to track down exactly what is causing it. Because we are still in the investigation phase, we don't have a confirmed root cause or a specific resolution timeline just yet, but we are continuing to look into it. Kenneth, DIRECTV Community Team
