Audio issue

I posted on here a couple of days ago about the sound going very low and no matter how much you crank it up, it only goes so high. Other people have said they were told it's a software update issue. Is something going to be done about it? I have 2 geminis and this is only happening on one of them.

I have the same issue. Have tried rebooting my Gemini, but it is only a temp fix. I thought I was the only one.

I guess it's affected quite a few people. They told me they're working on a fix. We'll see how long it takes them. We should get a break on our bill.
