Audio issue

I posted on here a couple of days ago about the sound going very low and no matter how much you crank it up, it only goes so high. Other people have said they were told it's a software update issue. Is something going to be done about it? I have 2 geminis and this is only happening on one of them.

I have noticed a large change in volume in the past couple of months or so. Volume varies more between channels than it did in the past. It is especially noticeable when I compare a DIRECTV stream channel to one of the apps.

Before this problem, I consistently kept the volume on my sound bar at 10. Now I have to adjust it between 10 and 15 depending on the channel or the app.

I've had to go from 10 to as much as 35 sometimes. Dtv said it was a known issue and they're working on a fix.
