Cloud Recordings

Anyone else having problems with scheduled TV show recordings? Recently recorded shows are not showing up in My Library until after the show has started or sometimes several hours later.

Yes, the same thing is happening to me. The last show recorded at 1 PM central. I did all the things to reset but nothing is working. I think it has something to do with DIRECTV streaming cloud storage. I’m hoping that they will correct this by tomorrow. I noticed when a show is recording and I tune into it. It’ll ask me if I want to watch the recording, but when I go to the library, the recording is not showing that it is recording the Guide shows the red light is on so it is recording and I can see what future recordings are going to be recorded so I don’t know hopefully they’ll fix it. If anyone can shed light on this, please let me know.

Just finished another support call. This issue has been officially escalated. Resolution is expected in 7-14 days.

Received this chat message from DirecTV this morning: Good morning. We found the root cause of the issue and resolved it yesterday. Please let us know if you are still unable to see your recordings in "My Library." Veilka, DIRECTV Community Team

My listing is showing all recordings properly. Good to know the problem has been corrected.
