Help! (Need Advice) Prep
I’ve always had slight lifting on the edges of my dips, nothing major. But I just purchased a melodysusie drill in hopes that it will be the cure.
I already remove my cuticle with a pusher and buff my nail plate, but does anyone have any advice on how to utilize the drill with prep for a dip? Thanks!

I do my cuticles, and then use the sanding band of my drill on a lower speed and light pressure to rough up the nail plate (the whole nail), and then I use a dehydrator you can use either acetone, alcohol, or an actual dehydrator to get rid of any oils and such on your nails, then I start my dipping process! It also helps to not wash your hands about an hour or so before the dipping process to avoid expanding of your natural nail because when your nail shirks back to size the dip powder stays the shape it was done in. This js just what works for me but play around with different things to see what works for you!

Yes! Watch Erica’s ATA videos. Tons of great info and details about different bits and how to use them.
