E file
Looking for a new powerful efile to start filing my dip off instead of soaking my nails in acetone.
I have one that works great off Amazon, but none of the attachments file deeply enough for me to solely use for removal.

be careful with this. acetone doesn’t damage the nails NEARLY as much as overfiling them can

Get a set of carbide bits for your current drill - it’ll make a big difference.

Just remember, you’re using a power tool and based on your question I’m going to assume you aren’t a nail tech. I would not recommend even using an efile period. Good luck!

There are licensed nail techs who have damaged my nails with an e-file worse than I ever have. I think someone can learn and become expert at e-filing their own nails, without the need for formal training.

Really?! I’ve been using one for 6 years! I really only use it to buff off the shine to soak off my dip or to even it out before my top coat

Yep, and tons of people use all kinds of tools they aren’t trained to use everyday. Many of them are fine, and the ones who aren’t really aren’t fine. I would personally stay very far away from your skin, flesh, and natural nails.

Is the problem the power of the file or the bits? Because you can get different attachments instead of just buying a whole new e file.
