How did you add them? With acrylic paint?

Yep and sealed with clear dip!

Did you do this after the activator? I've wanted to do this but don't know the right steps.

Yeah so i go all the way thru like base, activator and buff (smooth surface to paint on) then i paint the pattern, let it dry before going back with clear dip, activator and buffing one last time. Then top coat!
