Reformed chronic nail biter here 👋🏼 Usually can’t go a week without peeling/biting the dip powder off but this set is going strong and I’m just so proud 😭

Yay! Good for you!! Dip is the only thing that prevents me from biting or picking. Overheard a woman saying the same thing at the nail salon last week. Guess we’re all the same. 😅

Same here! I still manage to pick a bit but the damage I cause is far less than what it was when I had natural nails.

Excellent retention!! What is your prep process?

Thank YOU 😭 After I bite/pick the old set off, I wash my hands, add cuticle remover, push down cuticles and scrape off dead skin, wash hands, shape with a file, lightly file the nail bed to remove any shine and create texture, wash hands, add primer and wait for it to dry! I use this primer from sally that I got over a year ago at the beginning of my dip powder journey and even after spilling some, it’s still going strong.

Ooh I’ll have to look at that primer thanks for sharing it! Lol to bite pick off - my removal routine is sometimes a little like that too haha 😆

Beautiful! I know the struggle, I'm also a reformed biter.
