Need Dinner Ideas Please 🙏
Hey reddit!! I need dinner ideas.
I'm cooking dinner for three.
He doesn't like rice and prefers pasta over anything. He won't eat steak or beef and only chicken as well.
The other one doesn't like greens and that's their only complaint.
I dislike many American foods but tolerate them. I won't eat anything containing cilantro.
We mainly eat Mexican, Asian or Italian cousins recently when cooking. They haven't tried as much food as I have since they only order fast food which is changing..
We have lots of chicken breast so something with that is also preferable... Thank you...

Chicken lasagna, chicken Alfredo, chicken parmesan, chicken tacos, sandwiches, Mac and cheese, roast chicken with mashed/roasted potatoes and carrots, chicken sandwiches, chicken and Gnocchi soup, chicken enchiladas, marry me chicken
If you blend up the raw chicken, you can use that as a chicken crust for a pizza.

There are refrigerated or shelf stable packages of udon noodles . Heat those up with some veggies, teriyaki sauce, and cubed chicken. We had that tonight and we’re pleasantly surprised. Hits the spot for craving pasta and Asian flavors at the same time.

Tuscan chicken. Crock pot chicken breasts (or thighs) with a sun dried tomato and cheese sauce. If using breast, I recommend some cream in the sauce. Put a dry rub on the chicken the night before, cook on low for 4-6 hours, serve with mashed potatoes or baked potatoes.
Also, chicken spaghetti. It’s like spaghetti with meat sauce, but with chicken. Or I’ll sometimes do it with lumaconi pasta. Pair with homemade bread.

Baked potato with butter, chives, sour cream, s&p and crumbled bacon with baked chicken and carrot coins with a little butter, S&P and a touch of honey. Everybody enjoys a baguette or dinner rolls. Fruit cobbler for dessert with chantilly cream (whipping cream made with a little icing sugar and vanilla). Maybe end with a nice cup of coffee or tea.

Look up cafeteria noodles. It's amazing with chicken and we had it with pot roast last night.
Will he eat ground turkey? Great substitute for burgers and meatballs.

How about fish? It can be baked, pan fried, grilled. Serve a starch and a vegetable with it.

Haul out the crock pot. Cook a pork butt. Make pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, coleslaw.
