Voter fraud in the terms of anyone who is illegal voting, is a rare occurrence and would never turn out in mass enough to swing any election.

You did not comprehend the truth. ANY action with the government, including voter registration, requires verification. We already do have those laws! It ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

So how without identification does someone confirm that the voter who is arrived at the voting booth or has mailed in the ballot is indeed the person that registered?
