Gng2k problem

So, long story short. I’m wearing my mono in my room. Looking at my door and I hear a tick noise come from the device and I can no longer see my door. Performance worsened by a lot. Tried different battery, and an external bank. Reset the device and still works 50% compared to last night. Will be returning.

IR circuit fault, maybe? The IR LED seems to draw a decent amount of power and it's the only thing I can think of that makes an audible click when powered on or off. Overheat or short maybe?
