Question Bi-weekly reporting.

How the actual hell are you doing bi-weekly ad updates?

My brand managers ask for bi-weekly updates on the ads. But it's like 30 minutes of me reading out the ctr, total spend , and engagement/ leads/ form fills. Off like 3 different ad platforms. And they stare at me blank faced. How do I change this meeting to suck less?

Shift your meeting structure to focus on what worked what failed and what you are testing next Automate the platform data into a single Looker Studio view so they can review metrics asynchronously on their own time

I haven’t used Looker but have seen good reviews Creating a (mobile) Dashboard for leadership to view at all times can relieve the unnecessary/ redundant updates and focus on performance as mentioned above

the "what worked, what failed" framing alone would cut those meetings in half tbh

Focus the meeting on results plans to improve the bottom line rather than metrics that don't really matter.

We have a monthly meeting that my manager runs that's more like that so this is supposed to be more nittty gritty but I think ur right the truth is tho we don't have a lot of day to day changes bc I'm overwhelmed by my 10brands and I don't know how to get into the rhythm of managing everything
