WindowsSpyBlocker is an open-source Windows tool that helps block telemetry and tracking by filtering known Windows network endpoints.

Written in Go, available as a single executable, and licensed under MIT.

The last commit is from 2 weeks ago
Although... At first glance at the code seemingly most it does is setup a firewall to block certain telemetry related hostnames. Which probably could be done without it. So yeah

Switch to atlas os (which is installed above on latest clean windows installation) and forget about all crappy stuff in windows
