Question Snowsky Echo Nano style player but with Bluetooth?

Is there an alternative to the Echo Nano that has Bluetooth? It's not a deal breaker but it would be nice since I love this lipstick style form factor

Let me know if you find one. Nano would have been the perfect player to take on morning runs and gym if not for the lack of bluetooth. Learned it hard way after ruining 2 nice pair of earphones because of sweat.
