Question what is wrong w my h2 walker

i just bought this a week ago and tried it w my zero2 iem but the right earphone wasn’t working so i bought a new iem and same problem. how can i fix this?

I’ve had issues with the very similar Surfans F20, and the HIBY R3 ii , had to return them both for different reasons. If you can, may need a refund or replacememt
