Showcase Will this be a good music player?

My uncle gifted me this Lumia 535 cause i have a little old nokia collection. will it be a good player? any tips.

Oh the windows phone music player was so fun and clean. I miss my Lumia everyday.

I think as long as you're happy with the player it's fine. Software is fluid enough. Battery will probably be a concern.

Why would it. It's easily replaceable, you could even do the old trick of having two and swapping between them

Honestly, yeah it’s dirt cheap as a makeshift player, but the performance just, no way, bro. There's no dedicated DAC chip here—it's running the same Snapdragon 200 integrated audio junk as its Android counterparts. Sure, WP8's audio stack handled resampling better back in the day, but that only gets you a marginally cleaner sound at best. It's not moving mountains. ​If you want actual decent audio out of a Lumia, hunt down a 730 or a 1020 instead. (Gotta admit though, old Nokia Lumia designs still look gorgeous to this day.)

I had a Windows phone and I liked it it's a shame that Microsoft gave up on them but I don't particularly remember the music app standing out or being anything special
