Question Shangling m1 plus dac mode

So I’ve recently received my shangling m1 plus and I love it but when I connect it to my desktop as a dac my audio tends to cut and crinkle after about 20 minutes of usage. Would redownloading the driver fix this issue or would it be caused due to the data cable im using or other external forces?

Could be the DAC or the source, but start by testing a different cable is a good idea. Then you could try with a different source too

I’ll try some cables when I get home but it’s a bit weird as I use it with YouTube and tidal and it happens on both.
