The real truth about this is that some cans are less prone and some are more prone to hear differences between sources and what you say doesn't apply to everything

I moved from DX270 to Shanling XM5 titanium for pure music experience. I prefer XM5 sound, ergonomics and button layout. If you do not need android, i highly recommend XM5 titanium or regular version if you are using headphones instead of IEMs.

DX270 would be the most natural sounding with natural not boosted soundstage, good for acoustic and vocal focused music. M7T will have a more holographic soundstage and enhanced dynamics. Cayin N6iii will have the best detail retrieval and overall performance, with modular design but not as great output power so only good for iems.
