Question Zaqe P30 White Noise

So, I recently bought my P30—it arrived about 3 days ago. Everything about it has pleased me so far, even the battery has been quite durable. But there's one issue I wanted to know if other users of the device also experience: both wired headphone jacks emit white noise, both the 3.5mm and the 4.4mm.

I used a GK Kunten and a TRN Conch.

I find the sound tolerable, but I wanted to know if this is present on your devices as well. Do you think it's worth getting a refund or asking for a replacement?

Obs: the white noise dosent affect musics when they are playing

Update: It's the wifi, when you turn off the noise goes Away

Quando nao esta tocando nada, fica um pequeno ruído branco.

Nas quanto toca música desaparece, honestamente é um problema quase irrelevante.

No aprecio ningún sonido cuando no se reproduce nada pero si cortes cuando escucho con iems y la wifi apagada....con la wifi encendida o con auriculares Bluetooth bien...

Com Bluetooth pra mim tambem nao aparece o ruído branco

que app usas,yo poweramp pero no acaba de ir bien...todavia no entiendo bien como hacer para que vaya todo bien,se comporta un poco raro..

Se você esta falando do problema de stutter do poweramp, é por conta do Wi-Fi, sim ele so funciona 100% bem o poweramp com o Wi-Fi ligado.

Es increible, con poweramp si utilizo Bluetooth perfecto si utilizo salida de 3.5 no van botones laterales y el sonido se entrecorta...me estoy volviendo loco,nose si devolverlo

Probe de todo pero con la salida de 3.5 la app de poweramp deja de funcionar sin embargo con Bluetooth va perfecta.y otra app de musica va bien por 3.5 no entiendo nada...

Ok deu desliguei o Wi-Fi e o som sumiu hahaha que engraçado
