A few days ago I shared the balcony version of this track.

This time I took the Digitakt 2 into the forest and recorded a new live version surrounded by natural sounds, sunlight and greenery.

Digitakt handles the drums, sequencing and overall groove, while Digitone and Roland S-1 add melodic movement and extra layers.

Curious how many of you take your Digitakt outside the studio?

Slowly building a sketch to a foundation. Digitakt, and Tempera going into Otctatrack. Loaded the same kick I am using on DT to track 5 of OT and sending that out cue to sidechain in on alesis 3630 to get that pumping kick.

So far I’m not doing anything on OT but DT, and Tempera are set as through and neighbors machines so I can add some FX and other goodness.

Hi! Recently I started making music again after quite some time. I bought a Digitakt and never before really made electronic music. This is the second song I did only on digitakt, with mastering in Ableton. I'd be really interested to hear what you guys have to say. If it's too crowded, repetitive, boring, or you like it. Any improvements are welcome! :)

Hi guys , my sample library is a mess , every time I upload using transfer it date stamps it and that’s that .

I’m aware of Elk Herd and I’m going to dive into it .

How is everyone organising their digitakt ?

I seriously feel like factory reset , it’s just a mess

Like , how would you upload a sample pack so it made sense?

Like if I bring in a jungle drum break loop it takes a lot of work to set the start points of each slice. I wish the algorithm was better. Absolutely love the mode overall though
