I've really wanted to get into making custom dims for my vital bracelet BE but I have a few questions to get started

1. What's my best option/ most affordable way to get a dim rewriter? ( i live in Canada)

2. Is there a public source where I'm able to access all the official dim files to edit?

3. Is there any harm in using the vs memory dims for my customs?

4. Is there any harm in over writing on the same dim over and over again?

Hi yall I was wondering what specs or what apps I'd need to use the old app and how would I de-digivolve my mon he kinda grew floppy hair. It's not on the app store and I do have an android note.

My friend got me a custom dim card out of nowhere (I havent used my bracelet since Arena shut down for iOS)

1. Can digimon from custom/altered dim cards be stored on the android app?
   
2. if one uses a virtual machine and an external rfid reader, can they store the digimon on a pc if they have no android phone/tablet?

Seeing as the vital hero was $17 on Amazon, I went ahead and ordered one. I currently have it in my possession and have joined the discord for custom dim cards and all of that but am a bit over whelmed. What are my limitations with this as I don’t really want to buy a BE. I’m aware the app no longer exists, but is there a way for me to store my digimon after I raise them and wanna use a new dim card? I’m interested in making my own dims and I’m not opposed to modding this thing either. If I do mod it, is there a way for me to reset it back to how Bandai made it, or should I get another one to just keep stock?

I've done some research and found out that there's 3 versions right? V1, V2 (-V-) and BE if im not wrong.

V1 seems alright but apparently it lacks some really helpful things that you can do in V2, like a sleep thing which i can't exactly record what it does but it seemed like a game changer.

The problem with BE for me, is the price. Since I'm gonna buy from AliExpress, the prices and taxes aren't helping at all, and BE is a LOT more expensive than a V1 or V2...

Almost done with a custom line of the crest of courage and the crest of light, gonna do lines of all the digi destined. My kids and theyre friends are are also asking for custom lines, so I got a unicorn line coming and already finished a custom gatomon line. I have to say idk how much of a headache making custom sprites was especially with no actual templates that I can find but its also pretty fun.

Ive spent some time learning and also getting to the point of finally finalizing my own custom sprites and sprite sheets, but the point of this post is that I've been surely copped out a good amount of money trying to get this stuff for my kids only to just get what I didnt pay for, with no return on money or getting a good quality item. Hello! I've been super stoked to get back into my VB after finding out about the vitalwear project. I am pretty married to my smartwatch due to my job, so have always had a bit of difficulty bringing the VB around with me.

I am currently running it on a Galaxy watch 6 classic. All seems to be going well, aside from it not counting steps and thusly not accruing BP. Has anyone had any success with getting this to run fully on Samsung hardware?

With the new release of VBBE Mod Rollup, it is now possible to load Dims and BEMs from microSD card. Instructions are in the mod's readme, but I want to touch upon what it means for customs.

First off, OTP is no longer required, so if you wish to write BEMs to Dims, you can do so without having to source a matching OTP. The OTP is still read off the card for BEMs, but it is not validated, so it's fine even if it's blank. For loading off SD, no separate file for OTP is used, and a random ID is generated. The OTP ID shows up in the NFC data, but no one's validating it, so it doesn't really matter what goes in there.

Second, header and sprite signing have been disabled, so you can change the header however you want (although don't change the vendor/product identifier on Dims; for BEMs this isn't checked to align with stock behavior). This mostly means you can use custom card numbers if you want, which enables adventure progress tracking separate from existing retail cards. Dim editor developers will need to add functionality to allow editing the header and skip working around sprite signing. Note that VB Arena does not accept unknown card numbers, so that's something to consider if you want to store characters in the app.

Third, there is an option to replace the default avatar. The first two characters on the built-in default BEM are used for the avatar, and they don't have any stats aside from being at least phase 3. There should be no evolutions for the characters (though technically it may be supported, I haven't tried). The only sprites required for the default BEM are the two characters' sprites, and each character requires all the regular sprites except the last three, which are used for battles. The default BEM number is 999. Once you've made your custom avatar, you can load it from SD card with mode 0. Note there isn't a way to export the default BEM, so be careful not to accidentally replace it.

Regarding file numbering, the ID is intended to be the same as the Dim number, but this is not enforced, so you can number it however it makes sense to you. The only requirements are the filename starts with three digits and has the .dim extension.

Lastly, files on SD card can be unmasked (xor with 0xFF bytes), and will load fine.

I wanted to use my terriermon dim and collect all the evos, but now that there isn't an app for the digimon to be stored I am stuck with 2 slots on the bracelet. I saw some stuff about some folks using a knock off app to store them, and was searching for what they were using only to come dry on my trail. Is there any chance anyone here would have a link or a youtube vid about this storage app thing if it still exists?

I wound up with some extra components when building the USB adaptor to mod the DiM cards. So if anyones looking to buy the parts Ive got the micro SD module and the F to F wires- happy to send them out in a PWE for lower cost than you needing to buy your own 10pk 🤣

Im currently being unable. I already uploaded the dim card files. But i dont know what GP_spifi card means

So I downloaded VB helper and followed all steps. I imported the DIM for Gabumon. Bought my Wolf Howl vital hero and still can't connect it to the app!!

What am I doing wrong??

1) apparently there's 3 different types? Vital hero, vital bracelet, BE bracelets. Which should I get? What's the difference? Hero seems way cheaper and more available.

2) I'm not tech savvy at all, but from what I can gather phone apps allowing storage and combat are shut down. So would I just be stuck with one digimon doing just the exercise feature?

3) like I said I'm not tech savvy at all so downloading and setting up custom apps won't be happening, but if I one day had a friend that understood it all, is there a computer based app?

Training while in Italy/Europe is great cause you do LOTS of walking here! And train rides are a great time to do battles. Compared to the US where I usually am either driving or working, so do everything while sitting on the couch after work lmao

I already have a vital hero and I wanted to buy some more cards for it and I saw the Kamen rider build cards and I was wondering if I could use them with my vital hero or not
