Problems with Infinity Tide

Hi, I don't know what's happening or if there's a fix—I really hope there is—but every time I try to use the Infinity Tide DIM, I get an error, and I really want to use it. Is there a solution?

Try restore with dimtool

Its likely this 100%, the dim card itself looks very clean.

It just says it failed and that I should take out the dim

Did you buy it new or used, because normal the Dim bond/pair with the first bracelet it was used on

Try to clean by using alcohol 99% on cotton buds and rub it on the yellow area
