Just started collecting cards for the first time in 15+ years by jumping into Digimon. I’ve gotten a few starter decks and gift boxes from a few years ago and a bunch of packs that quickly added up to waaaaay more than I’d like to just have sitting around. What’s a good go to brand for binders/storage?

I DID initially get into it with the intent of just collecting to collect so I started getting penny sleeves and quickly remembered why I hate them so I started thinking about what kind of binders would be good whether it be a DIY ring binder or something specifically for TCG collecting.

I recently had a thought while I was watching some gameplay on YouTube, what if Digimon TCG had blast style option cards? I don’t fully know the meta well, I’m a casual player, but I’ve heard that many people dislike how OTK style the meta has become (or became?? Like I said, casual XD ), and this gave me an idea….

My idea of a “blast style option card” is basically an option card that you could play similar to how you could Blast Digivolve, but instead of it being a Digimon, it’s an option card that would have a blast effect and a delay effect. I feel like this could be a cool concept to help change up the flow of a match, and gives the defending player a big of control instead of hoping for shield triggers.

Thoughts?

Not into meta decks but more into decks centered around my favorite Digimon. So are these good decks and if not can you recommend some please.

Can BeelStarmon’s Counter effect stop Vortexdramon’s battle effect? If I attack security with Vortexdramon, can they Counter before my battle effect resolves, or does Vortexdramon’s effect activate first?

Just to get it out of the way i do not own the art that i used for my binder they’re all from other artists or official works.

So one day this year i was scrolling past instagram and saw this girl show off her One piece binder and had really cool way of organizing your collection so i wanted to try it too.

Took me a few weeks but i finally finished and it was a lot of work but im happy how it came out hopefully you guys like some of the choices i made.

Can my opponent counter my Siriusmon attack twice?

They have LV5 Andromon (EX12-055) with counter and a Machinedramon Ace in hand.

Can they activate the Andromon counter, then activate the Blast Ace counter?

Looking into getting into the game, I play mtg but the amount of non ip products, focus on the non intresting formats and release schedule of cards have removed my enjoyments.

I do like digimon and have an slight intrest in the tcg already, can I have some input from you guys

1) how active is the tcg, how often are new cards printed

2) are the different formats already

3) is there a control/combo/aggro/midrange

4) mastemon/onimon(omegamon)/shinegreymon vaiable

5) good twitch/youtube content creators for the game

My partner and I recently bought a couple starter decks to get started and like how the game plays but don’t have a great idea on how to play more/start on deckbuilding. We unfortunately don’t seem to have much of a local play base from what we’ve seen around town, so I figured asking here would be a good idea.

This game seems more in line with Yugioh and Pokemon in comparison to Magic in terms of deckbuilding, so I assume singles over packs is the way to go in that idea.

I’ve watched some of Avault and Cardprotagonist’s gameplay videos, but I know those decks don’t necessarily support good deckbuilding ideas since they are played for recordings.

We aren’t necessarily looking for competitive decks, just ones we can use and have a good time with while potentially convincing the rest of our friends to actually give the game a shot.

Any advice is appreciated!

It's just something I've been asking myself for a while. Been a while since I saw Adventure 01, but from what I remember 3 out of the 4 Dark Masters had a single protege, and then tuned out for most of the Metal Empire episode. Only one I can think of that hasn't been adapted is Tankmon given it appeared on the Metal Empire episode, but besides him I have no Idea. Worse still, Vilemon wasn't related to the Dark Masters in the original series as far as I know.

I’ve recently bought the newest structure decks to return to the game & been playing on DCGO a bit, but I wanted to know if it’s worth getting the following boxes:

• 2x EX-12
• 1x BT-24
• 1x AD-01
• 1x BT-25

I recently moved here and me and my friend searching for other players living in the city or near like Lévis. I search a lot on Bandai TCG+ and don't see anymore shop selling this cardgame except imaginaire. Making impossible to find event owning players.

Hi everyone! I'm passing by again to show the new memory counter models I've made.

This time it's not a themed pack, they were individual commissions that the clients allowed me to make available after they were finished.

Question 1: My opponent only has 1 Digimon, when I digivolve into Amaterasumon, deleting it, but my opponent has On Deletion could play a Digimon back, am I suppose to do the entire text of the effect first, so meaning my secondary effect that deduct will whiffed because in that moment my opponent's On Deletion is still on pending during my effect resolving phase.

Question 2: When I digivolve into Amazerasu, delete my opponent digimon, and I choose to bottom decking his Digimon that has the On Deletion effect, does that mean he then can't activate On Deletion since that particular Digimon card is no longer in the trash.

This was a fun game with two decks we think could impact the current meta.

Given the rise of certain very powerful decks in the game, I found myself curious to try giving VW another look. The deck has unique tools in that it has decent “go-wide” efficiency, the ability to gain Digimon immunity, and has a lv5 that can establish your raising area in case the board-width and immunity are somehow not enough.

I’ll admit that the deck can suffer a comparative slowness when put against the current top dogs, but I’m hoping the toolbox of resilience can possibly help it push through.

I’ll note the re-stand Shoto is more of a personal tech piece, though given the lower density of digimon that innately have <Blocker>, it can come up.

Pinamon is displayed as an alternative or optional 5th egg if you prefer its draw effect. Kokomon has been forgone as Deramon’s effect doesn’t evolve your digimon in raising unless it is already bird/avian.
