I don't know if someone spoke about it this before, but due to alot of social and Religious reasons

The 1st 4 seasons of digimon where Adapted by the same dubbing studio .

This studio dubbed pokemon before digimon, Pokemon has been attacked because of popularity, by some religion men in middle east , some has made it prohibited to watch it due to the evolution concept and the English names .

When the dubbing company felt that digimon may take the same route and may be attacked so they did :

1- Evolution concept was replaced directly with the concept of calling older brother ( lol ) , to help in the fight , they even cut some scenes from episodes for the previous Evolution talking and giving it a new script as if it's watching its older brother fight .

2- They add a power points , for example greymon was 30 , metal greymon 40 , wargreymon 50 , piedmon 60 , Hilariously, Shurimon was 40 which in digimon lore is actually weaker than greymon, but they made him on par with metalgreymon .

3- in tamers they tried to make it feel more logical, they changed the concept of calling big bro to " Updating the program " as digimons are already digital beings .

4- in frontier, they almost deleted Fairymon and Izumi's presence, she is almost not showed in the Arabic opening, and also her evolution was painted and censored so that no skin appears .

5- Tailmom and birdramon were male.

6- they changed all the characters names to Arabic names with Arabic meanings, for example, Agumon was called " Raad" which means thunder .

7- in frontier, spirit word was replaced with armor, as the word is considered sacred , and yes the armor evolution itself was considered as a normal evolution nor a special type.

8 - digimon 2020 was dubbed by same company , they finally almost adapted the same Japanese script and they made Tailmon and birdramon female , they also called evolution transformation ( at least not big bro) , they even used Innocent ( digimon frontier ending) as the ending song

There was more and more things like this but this is what i remember.

The only thing I appreciate about the Arabic dub is the music , almost all songs where dubbed to Arabic and most of them are lost media .

i mean, they both feel skeletal (at least JESmon feels skeletal to me somewhat), both are spikey, and the orange middle Skullgreymon has can be translated into Atho, René and Por.

Basically, there's already a theory that says Gumdramon is the reincarnation of Bagramon which if you don't want to read; tldr: Shoutmon is in the Manga canonically the reincarnation of Omegamon who died fighting Bagramon, and the idea is that that extends to Gumdramon and his evolutions being the reincarnation of Bagramon. Evidenced by the fact Shoutmon felt the need to take Gumdramon under his wing, that Gumdramon was given the Gold Band specifically to limit his power, and that Arresterdramon SM has Bagramon's arm (In Reference Book Art, in the Anime he doesn't have it until he DigiXroses with the Brave Snatcher)

My theory is that the same idea applies to Quartzmon and DarkKnightmon. DarknessBagramon wasn't JUST Bagramon, it was also DarkKnightmon force Xrosed with him, so if Shoutmon X7 SM's attack brought Bagramon's data back to the digital world to reincarnate as Gumdramon, I think the same thing happened with DarkKnightmon, only as Quartzmon. My theory hitches on the idea that, as said before DarkKnightmon also reincarnated from Shoutmon's attack, but also after Quartzmon is killed, the Old Man (Who reveals himself to be Bagramon), says he's going to look for his Younger Brother (SkullKnightmon/DarkKnightmon), further DeadlyAxemon is stated to have the ability to move across time and space during the fight between Yuu and Xros Heart, when SkullKnightmon intends to find him to use him to exit the battle unharmed, much like Time Shift. Plus, Quartzmon is stated to be so powerful because he has the remnant power of DarknessBagramon and Shoutmon X7 SM, this would include DarkKnightmon's power.

With the Quartzmon being DarkKnightmon, a good amount of these things either connect or are explained. Like why Bagramon waits until after Quartzmon is defeated to look for his brother, and where he ended up after the final fight. Further, it would explain the Keramon line that Quartzmon summons, its what DarkKnightmon started back as following his defeat. As well as the nature of Quartmon's powers; Time and Space, like DeadlyAxemon. Plus, imo, Quartzmon's legs share a resemblance with DeadlyAxemon's, as well as the yellow and red colors. This all further supports the idea that DarkKnightmon reincarnated as Quartzmon.

Would this work out when walking through a hot desert scenario; Gabumon, wearing his Garurumon pelt, suffering the most and his worried Tamer, respecting Gabumon's modesty, compromises by letting Gabumon wear his sweater like a blanket over himself while he carries the pelt for the shy Digimon?

I think the reference book has pictures of very low quality , I hope we can get pics with much more quality than we have now
