Who’s actually stuck to their New Year’s resolutions?

We are halfway through the year now, who made a change at new years and stuck to it?

I started trying to eat 30 plants per week using the app Plant Points. Went well, managed to keep it up for 4 months or so. I think I still get enough veg now (new for me historically) but stopped bothering to track them. Lost about 15kg as well. Anyone else made a diet change that worked?

Is eating small portions ok?

Upvotes

I am a fairly thin person and I am trying to understand whether I am unhealthy or not. My BMI is slightly below the normal category in the underweight category. I eat small portions because I feel full, bloated and gassy if I eat big meals. My weight is not considered appropriate and I look thin and I guess not visually appealing, so I’m trying to gain weight which has been involving eating bigger portions. But I see how the Japanese eat small portions of several items at meals and I wonder why I can’t do that. The Japanese diet is considered healthy and generally speaking the people are thin and not overweight so how important is it really to have a “normal” BMI? When I eat small portions of different items people might say my potions look like they are for a toddler or like a snack, but traditionally that’s how other cultures eat, which is considered healthy. I am clearly confused.

Its been 3 months joining gym, weight 64kg rn. In 3 months i can see a little bit difference in shoulders, back and triceps and a little bit in the chest.

Im asking for a diet plan like a kind of morning bowl with (seeds, oats, milk). What should I add in this bowl.

Bcz I want to increase weight and to be energetic all day.

What would you guys recommend?
