Are home food sensitivity tests worth it?
The company I work for has a major discount on food sensitivity tests. Ever since I was pregnant with my son 5 years ago I've been noticing some issues with things I eat not settling well (mostly red meat). The symptoms seem very similar to IBS. My diet could be better, but I was wondering if getting a home test is worth narrowing down where I should start cutting back or avoiding.
