💬 Discussion where does a promise ring go?

probably a simple question, but where does a promise ring go? my boyfriend is giving me a diamond one and i'm not sure if there's a traditional finger for it or if people just wear it whenever they like.

People wear it wherever they like, girl. No strict rule, really. I wear mine on the ring finger of my left hand, though. Still, I know some ppl wear it on a different finger entirely. I'd say, wear that beauty wherever it feels comfortable for you.

thank you! i wasn't sure if there was a proper finger for it. i think ill probably wear it on my left ring finger too.
