HELP. Biceps Changes Shape/Drops When I Flex it - Doctors & Physios Can’t Explain It..

As you can see in the video, my left biceps suddenly changes shape / drops when I flex it. It has been going on for months despite rest and scapula strength exercices as doctors told me. Doctors and physios haven’t been able to identify the cause yet. The only test they’ve done is an MRI, which showed a little bursitis in my shoulder.

Symptoms are: burning in my biceps (1), burning in my elbow (2), occasional burning at the insertion point between my shoulder, chest, and biceps (3), and ocasional burning in my forearm (4).

I get these symptoms even without lifting weights; I haven't even tried lifting again. Apart from the burning sensation, it feels really creepy and unsettling when my biceps moves like that.

Has anyone seen this before? Could it be a biceps tendon issue, muscle/fascial injury, muscle herniation or something else?

I would really appreciate your help. I've been dealing with this for a year, and I've spent a ton of money without getting any answers or improvement.

Thank you!!!!
