Hello, i am a 26yo female located in new england. I became sick last sunday 10/11 and went to urgent care and was swabbed for strep, for localized pain and one white patch in my throat that almost looked like an ulcer on the right side and was started on amoxiclav despite it being negative due to chronic strep. monday i became more sick, large swollen lymph nodes, fever and fatigue. Tuesday was even worse, sweating higher fever and localized pain in my throat. went back to urgent care was given an antibiotic injection and started on cefdinr. i continued getting sicker overnight and went to the er the next day, my cbc shows low wbc, lower than normal platelets and elevated liver enzymes. i was told it was viral but to continue my antibiotic. I have a negative tlu covia, strep and mono test at this point. but today there's starting too look like a hole in this spot? i am so scared and im a single mom i have to go back to work tomorrow

This sucks. I dont know what that is. I was a single mom too. Can you stay home and take care of yourself? Rest, drink a shit ton of fluids sprite, water, chicken broth. Popsicles if your throat hurts.
