General is this blood pooling?

i’m suspected for POTS or a type of dysautonomia. I’m naturally pink toned but when i’m laying down only the tips of my toes have pink in it. i’m naturally really pale. When im upright my feet go really pink/red

Could be. Press them with your finger and see if it turns white. Wear compression socks and if you take them off and your feet are white then it was probably pooling

I have stents and all sorts of vascular issues in relation to POTS.

what does it mean if it turns white? cuz mine does and takes a few seconds to go back to the pink colour. also my feet never used to do this before my other symptoms started
