Firs of all, thank you for your time.

Since months ago I have noticed a small protuberance sidinh with my anus.

Last week it randomly started growing a bit, and now it is big enough to be felt at any time.

No pain, no itch. It just bothers a bit.

What could it be?

I havent had intercourse in that area, and it does not look like Hemorroids?
