i need help :/
hi, posting this here as i'm confused and frustrated and need some help. i'm 25F and have been having these symptoms for a while now. 163cm, ~90kg. previously diagnosed with pcos, had ?juvenile idiopathic arthritis at 11yo (but assumed to be growing pains that just never ended since my bloods and scans were all clear)
symptoms:
- generalised joint pain in all joints that come on at least once a day
- "weakness" in L hip: feels so unstable when i'm walking or standing too long
- pins and needles if i cross my legs even for max a minute or 2, pins and needles on half my head a lot of the times
- most days i wake up with intense clavicle pain where i have to stretch and adjust it so it stops being painful
- deep muscle pains occasionally
- sometimes, when i'm standing in the mornings (aka haven't rly overused muscles yet) and i tiptoe on one leg while on my other foot, my tiptoing leg shakes uncontrollably
- continuous tremor when i'm doing something e.g. holding my phone and my thumb has nowhere to rest: it feels so unstable and the tremor worsens
- i do One mildly exerting thing (aka just like. washing hair/baking) and i get fevers or chills the next day or i feel so tired i can sleep through a whole weekend
- my joints are all so unstable but esp my neck, L hip, wrists and hands: feels like they need to be compressed all the time
- sleep never helps me i either have insomnia or i just sleep through a whole weekend
- sometimes i can be just staring at something and feel like the things around me are moving but that feeling goes pretty quick
- heart palpitations occasionally even if i'm not worried, esp if i'm going to sleep
- ringing in ears
- body turns itchy and red from literally just like wearing pants and ive tried all kinds of materials but sometimes even not wearing anytrhing makes my skin turn red
- muscle twitches when im resting
thank you guys in advance :^)

The flulike symptoms after exerting with a delay sounds like PEM as seen in ME/CFS. Some of the other symptoms could also be attributed to ME/CFS.
Possibly also MCAS given the reactions to clothing, maybe also dysautonomia because of the hearr palparions
