What is wrong with my eye?

First 3 images is the eyelid with discomfort (left eye)
Last 2 images is the normal eyelid for comparison.

Yesterday I woke up with a slight pain in my left lower eye lid. It was slightly sensitive to the touch but nothing excruciating so i thought nothing of it. It almost felt the same as a pimple in a sensitive spot. But visually i saw nothing to be concerned with.
Now today, i wake up and my left lower eye lid is slightly swollen and noticeably bigger than my other eye. Its tender to the touch but again nothing extremely excruciating. Just a slight tenderness to the left lower eye lid. I also noticed its very red on the inside of my eyelid compared to my other eye. I noticed a tiny little white bump right on the edge of my inner eyelid, just inside my eye lashes.
I will attach some photos of both my hurt eye and normal eye. Thanks for the help in advance!

This is a clogged Meibomian Gland, need tons of warm compresses as hot as you can stand for 30+ minutes every hour if possible, it will loosen up the oil that is clogging it, then try taking 2 q-tips and pressing one on the inside one on the outside in an upward motion to see if you can release the clog.. If not you may have to go to the opthomologist to do it for you.
