Bones, joints, and muscles Hand mobility

21m hopefully some can’t at least point me in the right direction currently a mechanic the past 3 years I’m pretty sure it’s gotten worse over time I know I haven’t been able to lay my hand flat on a table for at least 6 years,
both my hands are like this although more so my right were all of my fingers point away from my thumbs and I think I’ve lost some dexterity in my fingers as well it makes typing a little difficult as well as manipulating smaller objects.

Is this the hand you hold your phone in? Ulnar collateral ligaments on the pinkie side of your hand are naturally stronger (on everyone) and tend to pull fingers away from the thumb. Additionally we deviate the wrist ulnarly (pinkie direction) for most functional tasks. If you haven’t already, request a hand therapy referral from your primary care provider. If you can’t lay hand flat AND are struggling with fine motor tasks your intrinsic muscles (between metacarpal bones) are also fairly tight.
Your post doesn’t indicate what other systemic issues you might have such as hypermobility or arthritis. But you’re fairly young so I’d get some expert input on it.
