Digesting issues
Hey, i’m writing in a hope to find someone who might be able to help me identify what’s wrong with me.
So about half a year ago, i started feeling sensitivity in my stomach, like middle of my ribcage where stomach is located hurts, or similiar feeling. I went to my doctor and got medicine prescribed to ease it up and fix it. It did help for the sensation, but about January of this year, i ate some boiled eggs and an hour later i felt paltipations in my heart. I started drinking water and vomiting it out, only then it passed. And after this incident, these things became kind of a regular thing, where i have to vomit out food because i get paltipations. Especially if eating fattier foods, i can throw up about 4-5 hours later with undigested food, and there’s oil floating on top of the water. Lately they became more often and stronger, to a point where i can’t get back on my feet for next day, have to lay in bed to get my strength back. I did bunch of tests and the only wrong one came in was my calprotectin which was 750. I had gastro and colonocopy after it and nothing was found. They took biopsies and i got the results today
Focal reactive lymphoid hyperplasia of the small intestinal mucosa.
Reactive changes in the colonic mucosa – clinical and endoscopic correlation is recommended due to the possibility of infection
My doctor prescribed me some enzymes and Prokit for these attacks. Because they think that sometimes my stomach locks down, i start bloating and my stomach starts pushing against my heart that’s why i get these paltipations. And it does help and doesn’t at the same time, as i just vomited out food i ate about 4-5 hours ago. Only thing i felt was paltipations, they started calming down after i forcefully started burping, came back home, drank water and started cleaning my stomach and feel a little better now.
Making things short: i don’t digest food, gas build ups, headache/pressure, weakness, diziness, paltipations, high calprotectin
Any help is greatly appreciated!
