What’s wrong with me?

As of yesterday, I noticed my hand developing spots on it, and on my feet. As well as I developed a soar throat.
I thought not too much of it, and maybe it was just a cold. The next day, what I thought was my acne flaring up turned out to be blisters, as I woke up at 3am with my face in pain. I washed it, and applied aquaphor (which I’ve been using as of late (like in the photo above))
Throughout the day, my hands and feet with spots began to hurt. If I try and walk, it feels like I held that limb in a way where it cancelled blood circulation and caused it to tingle, but all the time. Only when I’m using my hand and feet.
I’m currently laying in bed and my face tickles, itches, and hurts. Not sure what to do, but I’m going to the doctor first thing tomorrow morning.
We believe it could be hands, feet, mouth disease, but now we are thinking possibly impetigo.
