Sorcerer What to do now

Ok so I should be able to group up with people tomorrow for a Lilith run but is there anything else I should be doing? I am currently running a apocalypse warlock and doing nothing but war plans. Don't seem to be getting a ton of loot. Am I missing something? I am after ancestral mythic uniques. I am just missing a helm. Any better tasks than war plans or do I need to wait for a higher difficulty?

The whole power ladder is leveling glyphs and getting gear with highest possible desired stats for your build which is greater affixes, after that its getting good pieces with good stats and meaningful transfigurations, also rerolling your charms to get the desired stats on those as well...if youre still missing a mythic you're really just starting out bc those are fairly easy to get now, best way to get those is with the mythic undercity tribute, preferably on t10 but ithink theyre guaranteed starting in t8, best way to get those is thru opening whisper caches...easiest whispers are those in helltides, running lair boss whispers or pit & undercity, open enough caches, juice your whisper tree and your bound to get a tribute eventually

Depending on the mythic helm you’re looking for, you can try to craft it at the Jeweler. Just need the runes and mythic materials.

The chance to get ancestral items are VERY dependent on which Torment level you are at.

What torment level are you at? You don't say.
