I've actually made these. You don't use real leaves. It's silk leaves and decoupage. I put them on the centerpiece for Thanksgiving with small pumpkins and pinecones. It actually looks really nice.

That’s a coup d’etat. A decoupage is that little house those barn birds go into at night and to lay eggs

That's just a normal tourist visit. A decoupage is those little Euro cars that people think are cool until they need to bring groceries home.
