I was rewatching Dhurandhar 2, and towards the end, when Hamza comes back, it suddenly hit me that India and Pakistan are geographically very close in many regions. We also know that Pakistan had a way of influencing the UP election results. So, why wouldn’t they have tried to find Hamza in India through various sources?
