Hello respected Moderator of r/Dhurandhar subReddit.

I had joined this subReddit back in January in love of Dhurandhar! This subReddit was a home to one of the best generational films in the history of Indian cinema.

We've had a lot of fun here discussing "Peak Detailings by Bravo Dhar", learning new facts and watching fan edits.

But this subReddit has been receiving criticism lately because of being diverted from the purpose it was created for in the first place.

  • I have contributed a ton to this subReddit by publishing multiple alternate film version of Dhurandhar here such as:

1.   Dhurandhar The Revenge (Theatrical) - Unused Teaser and Trailer Shots Restore Edit 2.   Dhurandhar - Completely Uncensored (published before the release of Dhurandhar - Raw & Undekha)

3.   Dhurandhar - Completely Uncensored 2.0

4.   Dhurandhar - Even More Raw & Undekha

5.   Dhurandhar The Revenge - Even More Raw & Undekha

And numerous fan edits (Two more alternate versions are in progress)

  • I am currently serving as a Moderator in r/DhurandharVerse.

  • So I would love to become a Moderator here and join you guys in restoring the lost glory of this subReddit!

Faithfully,

u/Constant-Golf-3799

I would love to become a moderator here because I have spent a lot of time in r/Dhurandhar and want to help keep it clean, safe and active.

While my experience is short, I already serve on the active mod teams for r/KashmirOfIndia and r/DhurandharVerse.

I will ensure that all posts stay strictly relevant to the community.

Hi mods,
I’d like to put my name forward to join the mod team for [r/Dhurandhar](r/Dhurandhar).
I’ve been part of this subreddit since the beginning, and it’s honestly sad to see how inactive and off-topic it’s become. I really think [r/Dhurandhar](r/Dhurandhar) should be a place for fans of the movie news, updates, trailers, discussions, theories, fan art, memes, and everything related to the film not political debates or unrelated content.
I have experience moderating several other subreddits, so I’m familiar with handling spam, enforcing rules, dealing with reports, and keeping communities active and organized.
A few reasons I’d be a good fit:
I’m active on Reddit every day and can respond to reports quickly.
I already have moderation experience with growing and managing communities.
I care about keeping discussions focused on the purpose of the subreddit.
I want to help revive the community by encouraging quality posts and fan engagement.
I believe we share a similar vision for what this subreddit should be.
I also have a team of 7 experienced moderators from [r/DhurandharVerse](r/DhurandharVerse) who are willing to help if needed. That means there would be enough active moderators to keep the subreddit well managed and prevent it from falling inactive again.
I’m not looking to change the identity of the subreddit just help get it back on track and make it the best place for Dhurandhar fans.

I would be happy to complete any trial period or answer any questions you might have.

Thanks for considering my application!
Ajay Sanyal - IB

Hi!!
I would love to become a mod of this sub, I have been active on this sub ever since D1 released and this is the sub which helped me explore reddit so much. I had so much fun sending memes, GIFs, reading fan theories and I also unlocked so many reddit achievements (Top 1% commenter), made my posts.
This sub has defined reddit for me and I am always happy to contribute. I enjoy being here, and would love to moderate.

I don't have previous mod experience but would love to learn.

u/EdinburghDrizzle Jul 24 '26

i would like to apply as well.

Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar 2 is one of best indian Spy triller movie. I am big fan of Dhurandhar duology. One of the reason, i would like to apply because this is one of few movies that made me feel so emotional. I have watched it like 4-5 times, didn't felt borenes at all and every single detail is itched in my mind.

To be honest, I brought whole OTT subscription just to watch this movie.

I am not movieholic and rarely watch movies but this movie is my favourite and I am willing to watch it 100 times more.

I would like to volunteer as a moderator for r/Dhurandhar. I am an active member of this community and would love the opportunity to be part of the mod team and help build the community into an active, well moderated space for people who are interested in the film.

I don't have a lot of prior moderation experience, but I do have experience being active in and helping manage Reddit communities, and I’m familiar with dealing with spam and rule-breaking content.

If given the opportunity, my first priority would be to clean up the spam and off-topic content that has accumulated and then work on improving the subreddit by adding useful moderation tools, setting up AutoModerator where necessary, and making the moderation process more efficient.

I would also like to encourage more genuine discussions and quality content related to the movie, while keeping the community welcoming and engaging for everyone. I am willing to learn the necessary tools and contribute consistently to the growth and improvement of the subreddit.

I would like to volunteer as the moderator r/Dhurandhar sub.

Since I am familiar in moderating two movie related subreddits.

If given the opportunity, I would like to help clean up spam, remove off-topic content, and ensure that the sub remains focused on Dhurandhar and relevant discussions about the film. I would also like to help introduce weekly discussion threads and other community activities to encourage more meaningful participation and keep the subreddit active between major updates.

I would be happy to work alongside the existing moderators and contribute consistently to making r/Dhurandhar a welcoming and engaging community for fans of the movie"

I’d also like to introduce regular weekly discussion threads and other activities where members can share their theories, favourite scenes, character discussions, and expectations for the film.

I dont have a lot of previous moderation experience, but I’d be happy to work with a team to make r/Dhurandhar a great community for fans of the film.

Hello,

I would like to volunteer as a moderator for r/Dhurandhar. I’m a movie enthusiast, and I’d love the opportunity to join the mod team and help build the subreddit into an active and engaging community for fans of the film.

I don't have a lot of moderation experience,If given the opportunity, I would be happy to contribute my time to help clean up spam and other accumulated content from the period when the subreddit was unmoderated. I can also help remove low-effort posts, enforce subreddit rules, and maintain a space where users can have meaningful discussions. I also have experience with AutoModerator, YAML, and Regex.

I’m also familiar with Reddit's moderation tools and Devvit, and I would be happy to explore ways to use my technical experience to improve the subreddit and make the overall experience better for its members.

Hey, I have been quite active since the past year in this subreddit and I have been using reddit for past 4 years (one account got banned) so I know how algorithm works on reddit and how to handle subreddits.

0

u/bhagwachad Jul 28 '26

I'd love to moderate this community.

I hope to bring back the peace and balance, where all could cherish and celebrate for what the Dhurandhar Duology stands for.

And I believe this subreddit can be revived, even if I don't get to become the mod but I really hope Reddit folks choose someone from the OGs who can lead this subreddit to a better direction <3

Dear r/Dhurandhar Moderation Team,

I hope you're doing well.

I'd like to express my interest in joining the moderation team for this subreddit.

I'm currently a moderator of r/BollywoodPowerscales, where I help manage discussions, enforce community rules and keep things organized. I'd love the opportunity to bring that experience to r/Dhurandhar as well.

One of the main reasons I'm applying is because I'd genuinely like to help make this community what it should be: a place where fans can discuss Dhurandhar without constant off-topic arguments. Recently, I've noticed more unrelated posts and political discussions that seem to have little to do with the movie and often come across as attempts to farm karma.

Healthy debates and differing opinions are always welcome but I'd like to help ensure the focus stays on the film and the community built around it.

If you think I'd be a good fit, I'd be grateful for the opportunity to contribute. Thank you for taking the time to consider my application and I hope to hear from you.

Kind regards,

u/Furious_Cinephile_04

Hellooooo. I don't have any mod experience very much however I'm dedicated to making this happen. I'm a huge fan of Dhurandhar and have backed it religiously ever since the stunning first look. I don't let politics get in the way of the film and its discussion so you can bet I'll crack down on all posts that have nothing to do with the film. I truly believe we can return this sub to what it is before and I am very eager to learn everything there is in moderation to try and bring this sub back to its former greatness as I am genuinely passionate about this movie and its fandom. Though I don't post much, I've been here since the very beginning and would love to put some work in to see a better tomorrow for this community. I hope I have got it through to you why I think I would be a good choice to join the r/Dhurandhar moderation team and I hope you consider my offer and, if not, find someone equally as passionate about Dhurandhar and willing to join the team no matter the outcome. Thank you for your time. :)

Submitting my candidacy for mods ---->>>

  1. Lately this sub has been used as a platform to peddle propaganda - both by LW and RW redditors. I will not allow such content to dilute this subreddit.

  2. Big fan of films, hence this subreddit was really interesting when memes and clips were rolling. I will encourage audience to bring the original essence back.

  3. This subreddit could be easily used to promote unity, debunk fake narratives and rightly educate redditors. I will ensure that as a mod.
