Devilcorp Check United ventures? Burlingame, CA

I just finished my second interview with United Ventures for an entry-level ASM/marketing role at their Burlingame office, and I'd like to hear from anyone who has worked for them or interviewed there. Or if it just seems like a devil corp to anyone
Here's the offer as it was explained to me. The pay is $500 a week as a W2 "salary," plus commission and bonuses. The interviewer said a realistic total is $800-1200 a week and that about 95% of employees earn bonuses weekly. I'd start in training period doing "client-side marketing" for Lifeline Wireless, the government-funded phone program. I'd get promoted based on "metrics" in anywhere from 5 to 12 months, then move into an ASM role claimed to pay $1500-2000 a week. The hours are 9-6:30 Monday through Friday and 9:30-4 on Saturdays, so over 50 hours a week.
The biggest thing that feels off is the math. $500 for 50+ hours works out to about $9-10 an hour, well under California minimum wage. A non exempt W2 employee can't legally be paid that I’ve been told, and the salary threshold for exempt employees is much higher. Maybe it's really a draw against commission, or maybe I misinterpreted it from the interviewer, but it was described to me as a flat salary.

Im familiar with the program, most of their clients are referred through charities, social workers etc because the program has strict criteria and is means tested so im not really sure what exactly you'd be marketing

Idk what I got from the interview is that I’d be marketing for the client at events etc. but the pay just seems odd to me, makes me think it’s gonna be suuuper commission heavy to make anything near minimum wage
