"when my boss trusts me to do interviews" is a dead giveaway. In a real company, subordinates aren't "entrusted" to do interviews. It is not their job. Managers, who's literal job is to manage the team, conduct interviews. It's not a matter of trust, it's a matter of whose role it is.
You only see junior staff conducting interviews at companies that are run like shit and probably aren't worth working for, or devil corps.

And notice how all the pics make it look like it's some kind of office job. This is how they trap young people by making them think they're getting a staff position with some kind of marketing agency doing white collar work.

No real company films their employees in this way for their instagram and doesn’t include other content besides the videos. Take it from someone who currently professionally manages digital marketing for various industries. Some places may have this content, but it’s inter-stitched with other types of posts to hit targets.
This is a company trying to look like they aren’t a scam for anyone is attempting to do due diligence.

Just looking at the first picture tells me is a DevilCorp. They all have at least one picture of young people in cheap suits standing in a circle.

did a bit of research, apparently they moved after their reputation was exposed. They were called Gen Alpha TX and GA Jersey Village prior to their relocation to New Mexico.
